an atom or list.

from 12/7 to 12/14.
Projects submitted later than 12/14 will subject to a penalty of 20
points. No project will be accepted aftre 12/21.

One way to circumvent the problem for MCMC simulation (suggested by
Emily Fetchnko) is to replace (1, 0) distributions on CPT of node
"Tuberculosis or Cancer" to (0.999, 0.001).
