This is the "difficult" version of the homophonic cipher. The homophonic
process has been applied to more characters than the easy version. It is
worth 40 points with extra points to the first four to solve it. It is 
recommended that you use Justin Reilly's frequency
distribution tool for the fourth cipher and/or other available tools
