Dr B M Pande worked as a Scientist in the Chemistry department of Bhabha Atomic Research Centre , Mumbai .
He completed his Masters in Science from St. Stephen's college , New Delhi , and did his doctorate in the field of Physics at B.A.R.C . He was posted as a visiting researcher in nuclear centres at Brussels and Germany in Europe .
