My life's history as told by my email address

It struck me that one way to describe my life would be by the sequence of email addresses I've used. Ok, this is a narrow lens through which to view a life, but it does capture a certain trajectory -- both mine and the internet's. Some of these addresses will require some research, since I've forgotten what they were. If you can help reconstruct some of the early ones, please contact me. Anyway, here it is.
