Call for Special Session Proposal (Smart Computing and Artificial Intelligence)

We would like to invite you to propose your special session/workshop 
SCAI 2024 to be held at Takamatsu, Japan between July 6 to 12, 2024.

15th International Conference on Smart Computing and Artificial Intelligence
(in conjunction with 16th International Congress on Advanced Applied Informatics)
July 6-12, 2024, Takamatsu, Japan
(Onsite conference on July 6-12 and Online Conference on July 11-12)

AAI 2024 Proceedings will be published by IEEE CPS or IIAI Digital Library. 
IEEE's CPS publishes the papers in technical & ICT scope (theory, development 
and application) and will be submitted to be indexed by SCOPUS, EI, INSPEC, DBLP and Thomson ISI. 
IIAI Digital Library publishes all other papers in the scope of the conference, which 
are not included in CPS publication and will be indexed by Google Scholar and CrossRef with DOI.

Workshop and Special Session Proposal: February 28, 2024
Notification (SS acceptance/rejection): March 5, 2024
Full/Short/Poster Paper Submission: April 15(PST), 2024
Notification(Paper acceptance/rejection): May 10, 2024
Cameraready: May 25, 2024
Early Registration: May 25, 2024
Congress dates: July 6-12, 2024

Note: The special session will be held onsite between July 6-10, 2024. 
We do not accept the online special session.

:::Special Session Proposal:::
Please proceed to propose your special session through
https://iaiai.org/conference/aai2024/workshops-and-special-sessions/
To propose the session, Special Session Organizers name, 
contact e-mail address, affiliation, Country, Title of the session, 
and abstract of session information are needed. 
If you organize your session with colleagues, indicate all organizer names 
in the Organizer's Name field in the application form. 

:::Conditions and Benefit:::
- Once proposed special session was approved, session organizer(s) advertises your 
special session to promote paper submission to your session. 
- 4-10 papers are needed in each special session. 
- If the presented papers are over 15, your proposed session is handled 
as international workshop in the conference. 
- If the number of presented papers is less than 3, the session might be 
merged with other session. 
- High review scored paper might be selected in paper award. 
- Also, based on review score, the extended paper may be recommended 
to submit journals as post-conference publication. 
- Session organizer(s) must chair your proposed session. 
- The conference issues the certification to each special session. 
- Presenters and special session organizers who attend the conference must register with fee. 

:::Publications:::
All papers will be peer-reviewed by 4 reviewers or more. Accepted papers will appear in the 
Conference Proceedings to be published by IEEE's CPS or IIAI Digital Library.
