This database contains contact information for and web links to Ph.D.-granting
computer science and computer engineering departments as well as a few CRA-member

Two useful commercial sites are Gradschools.com, which offers
directories of graduate and post-graduate programs listed by curriculum including
descriptions, contact information and in some cases links and
Studyabroad.com which contains directories of college level study abroad
and language immersion programs organized both by subject and by destination.
The Financial
Aid Information page is the most comprehensive collection of financial
aid information on the net. It is maintained by Mark Kantrowitz, author of
the Prentice Hall Guide to Scholarships and Fellowships for Math and Science
Students.
Survival in the Academy is a subsection in the Indiana University
Computer Science Graduate Student HandBook which has general
advice on choosing an advisor, survial skills for women and advice for
new asistant professors.

Ada Project (TAP) is a Yale WWW site for women in computing.
Information includes conferences, projects, discussion groups and
organizations, fellowships and grants, notable women in CS, and a
substantive bibliography.
The CRA Taulbee Surveys
are yearly surveys of Ph.D. production and faculty salaries in
CS/CE departments.
International Network of Women in
Technology (WITI) is an organization dedicated to increasing the
number of women hired and promoted to management and executive level
positions, helping women become more financially independent and
technologically literate, and encouraging young women to choose
careers in science and technology.
