Intelligent Information Systems
When and Where
Tuesday and Thursday from 4:00 to 5:15 in ECS 210I
Instructors
This course will survey and review a number of topics involving the
design and implementation of advanced information systems embodying
some degree of "intelligence". We will have a number of guest
lectures from local and visiting researchers. Each guest lecture will
typically have one or more background papers to read prior to the
lecture. Students taking this course for credit will be required to
write a short position paper based on each lecture. Meetings in which
there is no lecture will be devoted to discussions. Each student will
be required to lead one or more such discussion sessions.
