Hey if you guys are working on the 5th homework, the easiest way I found to
print out the picture that describes your ontology is to go to
http://protege.stanford.edu/plugins.html and click on OntoViz under Tabs:
in the left column. Download it via the download link and follow the README
link for instructions on installing it.

I ran into two traps while working with it.

1)Once you get it installed make sure that when you edit the
protoge.properties file to tell Protoge where the OntoViz
executable(dot.exe) is that you put in the proper path. Otherwise it won't
work when you get into Protoge and try to get it to work. Don't just do
what the readme file says and copy the provided protoge.properties file
into your Protoge-2000 directory. It has the WRONG path.

2)When you've followed the instructions to get OntoViz installed and you've
displayed a picutre of your ontology and you want to save out the picture,
Click on the Op button and select "save as gif" then hit the C button
again. It will then save the picture in the directory where you've done
your project.

Have fun!
